Back in 2023, an internet friend of mine named Miranda Parkin (@parkinart on Instagram) created an original character called Housewife. At the time, I was looking for opportunities to stretch my animation skills in new directions. I didn’t have much experience creating horror characters, so I thought it’d be an interesting challenge to reimagine Miranda’s character by recreating her reels in full 3D. I ultimately completed two shots, which required building a 3D rig of the Housewife character, as well as modeling and lighting a bedroom and hallway set.
